Paving

The tiles from the La Ceramica FACTORY series will captivate with their natural design in natural shades. The house combines a modern format 30 x 60 cm with tiles 60 x 60 cm. However, what makes these tiles unique is the more pronounced all-over decoration with a feeling of airiness. In the menu you will find shades of Gray, Sand, Beige and Black, which you can freely combine. But they are all beautiful.

Heating

Every house has its own gas boiler. All the bathrooms contain towel radiators and also in the bathrooms upstairs there is underfloor heating.

Vinyl floors will definitely give you a great choice. The diversity and creativity of the wide range of decors provides many possibilities for this floor and brings your individual personality into the space.

Doors

Sapeli doors with natural wood finishes ( beech, oak, walnut). The internal doors are solid, or have a narrow pane of glass, the surface finish is Sapeli CPL. The doors are supplemented by Lusy fittings from the manufacturer M-T.

Steps

The staircase is made of vinyl and with a stainless steel railing.

Accumulation Tank

The gardens of the individual terraced houses contain large-capacity accumulation tanks to collect rainwater.

Jalousies

External jalousies from Climax with an anthracite finish. The boxes for jalousies are located under the plasterwork, maintaining an aesthetically-pleasing appearance.
